Any refund issued may be reduced to reflect the extent of access or use of the digital content during the 14-day period.

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• The provider cannot deliver the course as promised; or

• The course is significantly different from its description or advertised content.

We aim to resolve such issues promptly and fairly, either by fixing the issue or issuing a refund.

Please note that you do not have an automatic right to a refund if:

• The course is delivered as described; and

• You simply change your mind, lose interest, or decide not to complete it.
